Thank you for visiting our online linen store. We are family owned and have operated a "Brick & Mortar" linen store from 1977 until 2001 when we converted to 100% online sales. We carry a complete line of home textiles by the nations premier manufacturers.

We normally SHIP all in stock items within 7 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are by usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 2-3 business days; 5 business days to California) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time.
No additional freight charges will be incurred on any items backordered.
Please understand that these are our best estimates of actual delivery
times...they are not guaranteed delivery times. Deliveries during the busy
holiday season may take considerably longer.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Items shipped to Canada will be shipped via Priority Mail in order to reduce or eliminate brokerage fees.
Shipping charges
We recommend UPS as the quickest, cheapest and most reliable method of shipping. The chart below details our normal shipping charges via UPS. Occasionally, items which are unusually expensive to ship (bulky or heavy items) will carry an additional shipping charge which will be shown on your order copy. Shipments via USPS will be assessed a $15.00 surcharge. Shipments outside of the continental United States (including Canada, Alaska, Hawaii,Puerto Rico & Guam will incur a $20.00 surcharge.

Returns on all items will be
accepted for 30 days and a full refund to your credit card will be given
for all merchandise returned in original saleable condition. Items returned
without all original packing materials, law tags, etc. will not be accepted.
OPENED PACKAGES OF SHEETS,
PILLOWCASES, WALL BORDERS AND/OR ITEMS WHICH HAVE BEEN USED OR WASHED
CANNOT BE RETURNED.
Due the unique and personal nature of the products (and their packaging), we cannot take accept returns for refund or credit on mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows or mattress pads.
Special orders of items that
are not usually stocked, fabric, and all custom orders are not returnable.

Body:I ordered a bedding ensemble from Canada to be shipped to a U.S. address for my newphews birthday. The ordering process was very easy and the communication with Customer Service was excellent.
I was extremely impressed with their credit card validation process. They were very meticulous in ensuring that the bill to information included on the order matched EXACTLY with the credit cardstatement. For example, when I used a short form on the order which did not match how the address appeared on the statement, Customer Service immediately contacted me and requested me to provide the exact information. They didnt say WHAT specifically didnt match, they just indicated that it didnt. I felt very secure that no one else could use my credit card # without having exact information.
Shipping and billing confirmation were readily provided and the delivery was made on time and the merchandise was intact.
I would just like to tell you that your customer service is TOP SHELF!!! I
shopped around for the bedding that I wanted and found your prices to beat
all others (even including the shipping). I spoke with Erika in customer
service a few times and it was so refreshing to speak with a person who was
actually friendly. Other corporations should take a lesson from you!!! I
will be back for any and all bedding and linens that I need........THANKS

First of all, I was thrilled to find the bedding on Lauren Linens because I was having trouble locating it in stores. On top of that, it was on sale!!!! I ordered it on a Wednesday, and didn't expect it for a couple of weeks. Well, I only had to wait a couple of days. I was very impressed.
